About Our Nursery

Newly opened in September 2025, we are proud to have our own school nursery catering for children aged 2 and 3 years old. We offer a warm, stimulating environment where children can free flow in and out of well planned areas.

We have an experienced Early Years team who provide activities to develop speeech and language, a love of books, singing, number, fine and gross motor skills and most importantly their personal, social development so that our children are ready for school life.

We work in close partnership with families, ensuring every child feels safe, happy and valued so that each child develops in confidence.

Our Overarching Principles:

Unique Child: Every child is unique and has the potential to be resilient, capable, confident and self-assured.

Positive Relationships: Children flourish with warm, strong & positive partnerships between all staff and parents/carers. This promotes independence across the EYFS curriculum. Children and practitioners are NOT alone –embrace each community.

Enabling environments: Children learn and develop well in safe and secure environments where routines are established and where adults respond to their individual needs and passions and help them to build upon their learning over time.

Learning and Development: Children develop and learn at different rates (not in different ways as it stated 2017). We must be aware of children who need greater support than others.
