School Committee

Broomfield Primary School works very closely with its School Committee. This group of individuals, who have a very wide range of backgrounds, offers both support and high levels of challenge to the Headteacher and the Leadership Team, ensuring that standards across the school are constantly being raised. Our Governors are passionate about improving the lives of our children. 

The terms of reference for the school committee can be found below. School committees formally meet four times a year. They question, challenge and support our school leaders. Details of specific responsibilities delegated by the Board are set out in the Scheme of Delegation. The scheme of delegation, governance structure and other key governance and financial information can be found on our Trust website.
