Behaviour
At Broomfield, we have 3 key reminders for behaviour:
Ready - Respectful and Safe
Broomfield Primary School is proud to be a Rights Respecting School.
We share a strong and passionate commitment to the rights respecting values of treating everyone with respect, fairness and dignity.
The school’s aim is to approach discipline in a positive and consistent way.
At Broomfield Primary School, we want to create an environment that is safe, where everyone feels respected and where students come into each lesson ready to engage in learning. Everyone in our school is expected to maintain the highest standards of personal conduct, to accept responsibility for their behaviour and encourage others to do the same.
We recognise that each individual child is at a different stage of social learning. Only through a consistent approach to supporting their behaviour will we be able to achieve an environment in which children can learn and develop as caring and responsible people.
Please refer to our School Policies page for our behaviour policy.
